Kyle Reese goes back in time in 2029, just the same time when the first terminator T-800 is send in time also, but you never know about this movie, it might happen sooner then the original date, since this future has been altered, you never know. The T-800 is Roland Kickinger, Marcus(another terminator who has either been saved from the future and has come or from the past) is the good terminator in this one helping John, so thats why the future was altered.
